4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the starjili Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts operated by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.2 During registration and at any subsequent point requested by starjili, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and government-issued identification details.
4.3 KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request may be processed. Accepted forms of Philippine government identification include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, and voter's ID, subject to starjili's document quality requirements.
4.4 starjili processes KYC submissions within twenty-four (24) hours under standard circumstances. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to seventy-two (72) hours. Players are notified of KYC status via their registered mobile number or in-Platform notification.
4.5 You consent to starjili sharing your personal information with third-party identity verification service providers, payment processors, and PAGCOR as required by applicable law and regulatory obligation. All data sharing is conducted in accordance with the starjili Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any other person.
5.2 You must notify starjili's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, loss or theft of your registered SIM card, or any other security compromise. starjili support is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week via the live chat function on starjili.club.
5.3 starjili will never request your password or OTP code via SMS, email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting these credentials does not originate from starjili and should be reported as a phishing attempt.
5.4 starjili will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access that is attributable to the Player's failure to adequately secure their credentials, device, or registered SIM card.
All deposits must be made through the payment methods approved and displayed on the starjili Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the deposit interface and may be updated from time to time.
starjili credits deposits to the Player's Account promptly following confirmation of payment from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary: e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) typically credit within seconds to two (2) minutes; bank transfer methods (BPI, BDO) may take fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes; over-the-counter methods (7-Eleven CLiQQ) may take up to sixty (60) minutes. These timelines are targets and not guarantees — delays beyond starjili's control caused by the payment provider are not the responsibility of starjili.
Philippine Peso Only: starjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied. The amount you deposit in PHP is the amount credited to your Account Balance in PHP.
6.2.1 Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in your verified name. starjili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.2.2 Account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted on unverified accounts will be held pending KYC completion.
6.2.3 starjili targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts withdrawing to GCash or Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. These are processing targets, not contractual deadlines.
6.2.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable withdrawal fees are disclosed in the withdrawal interface. starjili reserves the right to amend these thresholds with reasonable prior notice to Players.
6.2.5 starjili may request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed stated thresholds, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations under PAGCOR requirements and Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.
7.1 starjili offers various promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins credits, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 starjili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after crediting but before completion of the Wagering Requirement, starjili will remove the Bonus Funds from the Account without obligation to substitute equivalent value.
7.4 Any Player found to be using bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with fair play — including but not limited to bonus abuse, hedging strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of Bonus Funds, or collusion with other Players — will forfeit all Bonus Funds and any derived winnings, and may have their Account suspended.
8.1 All games available on the starjili Platform are operated on the certified configurations provided by the relevant game developers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are certified by independent testing laboratories and reflect the long-term theoretical average return over millions of game rounds — they are not a guarantee of short-term results for any individual Player or session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the starjili Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9.1 Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and — where applicable — referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities.
10.1 All intellectual property on the starjili Platform, including but not limited to the starjili name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content, is owned by or licensed to starjili. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any right to use starjili's intellectual property for any commercial or non-personal purpose.
10.2 Game content available on the Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game developers (including JILI Games) and is licensed to starjili for deployment. Players may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or extract any game content.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, starjili shall not be liable for: (a) any gambling losses incurred by Players; (b) loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Platform; (c) interruptions to Platform availability caused by third-party infrastructure failures, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond starjili's reasonable control; (d) unauthorized Account access caused by the Player's failure to secure their credentials.
11.2 Nothing in this clause limits starjili's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by starjili; (b) death or personal injury caused by starjili's negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.3 Where starjili's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of the Player's Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arose.

12.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. During an active self-exclusion period, starjili will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player and will decline any attempt to access the Platform.
12.3 Players who identify themselves as problem gamblers or who receive a self-exclusion referral from PAGCOR or any other regulated entity will have their Account suspended immediately.
12.4 starjili participates in the PAGCOR-administered exclusion database. Individuals on the national exclusion list are denied access to the Platform in accordance with regulatory requirements.
13.1 starjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 Upon termination due to Player breach, starjili may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.
13.3 Upon Account termination in circumstances not involving Player breach, starjili will return the verified real-money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.
14.1 starjili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via an in-Platform notice or notification to the Player's registered mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, except where an immediate change is required by law, regulation, or regulatory instruction.
14.2 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at starjili.club/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
14.3 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the starjili Platform, or your Account shall first be submitted to starjili's support team for resolution. starjili will endeavor to resolve all disputes informally within fourteen (14) business days of receiving formal written notification via email at [email protected].
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15.4 For matters within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, Players may also file a formal complaint with PAGCOR directly. starjili cooperates fully with all PAGCOR investigations and complaint processes.
